Logicpic Policies.

Shipping:

We make all of our Boards, Drums, and Other Items at the time the order is placed. Your order will normally ship within 3-10 business days after it is received. We ship United States Postal Service. Allow for USPS priority shipping time.

If we know that we can not deliver within the normal time we attempt to notify you and work out a solution.

If you have a date that you need the product by that may be sooner than our normal please notify us and we will see if we can adjust schedules to accommodate the earlier delivery.

Payments:

We will accept Personal Checks with Mailed in orders, or any charge card, or check transfer using PayPal with Internet sales. Phoned in or E-Mail orders can be billed by mail and Paid by check, or we can send you an Internet Invoice to be paid as an internet order using PayPal.

Any Payment by check will be delayed about 5 days until the check clears the bank.

Returns:

Within 30 Days of purchase any unused, clean, and resalable stock product may be returned. Customer will pay return shipping, and there will be a 10% restocking charge on all returns. Preauthorization is required by e-mail at sales@logicpic.com

There will be no returns on products made to the customer specifications, or any other custom made products.

Although the prices published on our web site are intended to be current, at times there may be a delay in updating price changes. All published prices are subject to change without notice. If you have questions about the current price on any item, please E-mail us at sales@logicpic.com

We are glad to answer all questions by phone.

We currently do not take orders over the phone, as our only clearing house for Credit Card Payment is thru Web based Paypal.

We are focused on manufacturing, and not sales, we have always believed that if you provide what the customer wants, and needs the sales will take care of themselves.

You will get faster service by sending us an e-mail with your questions, and a phone number and time that we can return your call if needed. Most incoming phone calls go directly to Voice Mail.

We can receive Special Orders, or orders for products that are not on the Internet yet by E-Mail and then send you a E-Mail Quotation/Invoice, that may be paid by Paypal, or by Check.

All E-mail orders will require your Name and Shipping Address, so Freight, and or Tax can be calculated, and an Invoice created.

Mail in orders with company check will be accepted, we suggest you select the products you want from the web pages, and print the shopping cart Invoice page after shipping and tax has been calculated for the order blank. Include your Shipping address and company check.
