The Cake Artist creates all occasion cakes, Cake Art, and Wedding Cakes using Icing, and Fondant

I create all my cakes using the Logicpic Elite Boards for support. I like the fact that I can wash them before using them, and that they are so strong and never warp. I feel the need to stake my cakes to the board, and I can pound dowel sticks into this type of board. This is important to me as I live in Kentucky and do have to drive up steep hills and around sharp curves.

The staked cakes have no chance of sliding, and they are worry free to me.

I also like to pound a dowel rod through the entire stack of cakes when doing some styles and configurations of designs. To do this I like to pre drill the holes so they are clean and are where I need them, I can request Logicpic to pre drill  my holes, If I don’t want to do it myself. I am free to design what I want and I am able to get the support system I want.

I am now starting to work with the cake styles with the cakes appearing to hang way off the edges, and the long thin towers of three-inch cakes stacked up.

 I was having trouble hanging onto the little 3” cakes to Ice them, I have asked Logicpic for a solution to this problem and they  provided me with a solution.

Elite Boards Elite  3/16" and 1/2" thick Boards are made from Polystyrene Foam Core board with High Impact Solid Polystyrene White Matte covering on both sides. The Elite Board is Strong, Clean, Washable, Waterproof, and can be Sanitized. Std. SIZE is Same size as the Nominal Cake dimensions Plus Size is 3/16" Larger diameter than the Nominal Cake dimensions
